On March 11, 2011, Japan was hit with its worst natural disaster in history.

In an effort to lend support to the people of Japan who have been hit hard by the recent quake and tsunami, Humanitarian Asians and Pacific Islanders are banding together all the major Asian organizations in the Bay Area in order to raise money for the relief efforts and people of Japan.

Proceeds will go to NORTHERN JAPAN EARTHQUAKE RELIEF FUND (www.jcccnc.org), an organization with disaster relief experience in Japan, focused on relief, recovery and rebuilding.100% of funds go to the people who need it most… the victims.

Please join us 5-9PM on March 31st 2011 at Recess 443 Broadway St in San Francisco.

Optional donations will be accepted at the door: $5-20 Suggested (100% of the door proceeds will go to the Northern Japan Relief Fund). In addition, 40% of the bar proceeds (as well as the hors d'ouvres) will be graciously donated by Anna Tran (the owner of RECESS). DJ Boy Wonder, DJ eHash and DJ Thaifoon are donating their services too.
