Over 60 people filled the conference room to learn about opportunities in China. Larry Wang, Managing Director and Founder of Wang & Li Asia Resources, gave an insightful and practical presentation on how to find opportunities and maximize the odds of landing a dream job in China. He stressed not to obsess over short term compensation, but rather setting a mid to long term vision and goal. We are all essentially competing with local talent who has the home-court advantage, but with proper positioning and polished soft skills, we are poised to win over the hiring committees at Companies in the Mainland.
